FOOD XX LUNCH CLUB WITH NOKX

We're kicking off FOOD XX Lunch Club with one of our food heroes: Nokx Majozi, chef-in-residence at Fallow in London and pie queen extraordinaire. Nokx will be in South Africa this August to launch her new book, The South African Cookbook, and we're thrilled to be hosting her for a lunch-talk session on 19 August at our studio at Lemkus Exchange, Cape Town.

In conversation with Nokx, we'll explore what it means to build a career abroad while staying deeply rooted in South African food culture, how identity shapes creativity in the kitchen, the realities of leading one of London's most celebrated restaurant kitchens, and why writing a cookbook can be just as challenging as running a service.
